Spamalot
Moonlight
"It’s a strong set of actors all around, with Christine Hewitt as a Broadway-belting Lady of the Lake."
- James Hebert - San Diego Union Tribune
"The lovely and golden-voiced Christine Hewitt."
- Jean Lowerison, SDGLT
Cygnet Theatre
Cygnet artistic chief Sean Murray takes on the role of Arthur and does so with an ideal air of stately exasperation and maybe the Middle Ages’ most overgrown sense of privilege. But then you might feel that way, too, if a posse of knights — not very good ones, but still — dropped everything to join your quest. And if a mystical Lady of the Lake (portrayed by Christine Hewitt with big-voiced bravura and a slyly scene-stealing touch) bestowed upon you the fabled sword Excalibur via a totally non-farcical aquatic ceremony...
Hewitt leads the comically earnest gospel-rock raveup “Find Your Grail,” and returns in Act 2 with “The Diva’s Lament,” which is all about her lack of stage time — “Spamalot” being in many ways a musical about itself.

Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time
C CAE Theatricals
…And when he retreats into his fantasies of space travel, he floats weightlessly through the air, carried along by the six actors who inhabit his thoughts (the multitalented Berto Fernández, Drew Bradford, Melissa Fernandes, Dallas McLaughlin, Leianna Weaver and Christine Hewitt).
-Pam Kragen – San Diego Union Tribune
A tremendous supporting cast, many of whom play a number of different parts in the play, all assist in making this performance one of the best on stage this year…the cast plays a number of pivotal or significant roles in Christopher’s life as well as playing a variety of roles of people Christopher runs into. They will also assist when he slips into his fantasy world, becoming part of his thought process. These performers include Berto Fernandez, Drew Bradford, Melissa Fernandes, Dallas McLaughlin, Leianna Weaver and Christine Hewitt.
